Scope of Work:
The general items of work to be done hereunder consist of: Construct concrete curb and gutter, concrete curb ramps and asphalt concrete pavement. Install irrigation system and landscaping plants. Install wire mesh fencing. Contractor shall provide construction surveying. City shall provide materials testing, including compaction testing.
Engineer's Estimate: $1,200,000. to $1,400,000.
